Extended 1-Year Warranty for Framed Paintings

At Art by Lavishi, we pour care and craftsmanship into every framed painting we create. From the texture of the canvas to the carefully finished wooden frame, our goal is to deliver art that lasts. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer an Extended 1-Year Warranty for all framed paintings bought directly from our store.

1. Coverage

This warranty applies to framed paintings purchased from Art by Lavishi. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.
It protects the canvas, paint, and wooden frame under normal indoor use.

2. What’s Covered

You are covered if your painting shows signs of manufacturing defects, including:

Wooden frame issues such as warping, splitting, or structural instability.
Canvas problems, like tears or loosening.
Paint surface defects, including chipping, peeling, or fading under normal display conditions.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or heat.
Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or color — these are part of the material’s unique character.

4. Care Guidelines

To keep your painting looking its best:

Maintain indoor humidity around 40–60%.
Avoid placing your painting in direct sunlight for long periods.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or cleaning sprays.

Small steps like these help preserve both the frame and the paint.

5. How to File a Claim

If you discover a defect:

Email support@lavishi.shop within 30 days of noticing the issue.
Include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the problem.
You will be responsible for shipping costs during the claims process.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Resolution

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will:

Repair the affected part, or
Replace the painting or frame, or
Offer a store credit or refund, depending on the case.

We aim to resolve every claim fairly and efficiently so you can enjoy your artwork again quickly.

7. Limitations

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price.
Applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Additional Information

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.
Coverage lasts one year from the purchase date.
