Order Processing Times

We strive to maintain consistent product availability from our US-based warehouse. Please note a 1-2 day order processing time (excluding Sundays) is required to prepare your product before shipping.
Shipping time:
           - Standard Shipping (Free shipping): 4-6 business days

           - Expedited Shipping (shipping fee $4.99): 2-4 business days

If your order is pending shipment, it means your package is being prepared. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you promptly via email. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Shipping Duration

Shipping times are approximate; delays may occur during peak seasons. Regrettably, we can't deliver to US military bases. Apologies for any inconvenience. Shipping to multiple addresses within the same order isn't supported.
Tax Policy

In the United States, each state has different tax rates. The price you see at checkout is the final price of the product. This includes taxes and shipping (if using expedited shipping).
Shipping Delays

If your package exceeds 30 days for delivery, we'll reimburse the entire order amount. For delays, submit a request; we'll respond within 12 hours. If your tracking code indicates completion but no delivery, contact the designated shipping company. If unresolved, reach out to us at support@lavishi.shop.
Procedure for Missing Items Notification

Contact our customer service at support@lavishi.shop to report missing items, including your order number and details of the missing items.
Verification: We'll swiftly investigate and verify the reported missing items. Provide relevant information to assist.
Resolution Options:
Reshipment: Missing items will be expedited to your address.
Refund: Missing items' value refunded through the original payment method.
Confirmation: Receive an email confirming the resolution within 72 hours of reporting missing items.
Follow-Up: For reshipment, a new tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. Refunds may take 5-7 business days.
