Returns & Refunds Guide
Starting a Return
If you need to return an item, just make sure it’s:

Unused
-
In its original condition
-
With all tags and packaging still intact
You can request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, feel free to send us a photo or video — this helps us speed things up.
Steps to Request a Refund

Include your order number and let us know why you want to return the item.

We’ll reply with the return instructions.

After we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Return Situations & Who Pays for Shipping
Not Happy With Your Purchase
No problem — you can still return it.
However, return shipping will be your responsibility.
We’ll refund the item price once it’s returned, but original shipping costs won’t be refunded.
Defective Product
Received something faulty?
Send us clear photos at support@lavishi.shop.
We’ll cover return shipping and give you a full refund after inspection.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, take photos right away and contact us.
We’ll work with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong Item or Wrong Size
If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it.
Contact us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Once the incorrect item is returned, we’ll ship the correct one or issue a refund.
Item Never Arrived
If your order hasn’t shown up by the expected delivery date, let us know immediately.
We’ll investigate and issue a full refund if necessary.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order after it’s been confirmed, just email us at support@lavishi.shop.
There’s no cancellation fee, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
